Project challenges
Citeo is the eco-organization responsible for implementing the household packaging and paper sorting and recycling system in France. One of its key challenges is increasing both the quantity and quality of sorting performed by citizens across the country.
Solution provided
- Co-developed a structured method for organizing door-to-door citizen awareness campaigns
- Applied principles of engaging communication to encourage better and more frequent sorting behavior
- Designed a training module and tools for Sorting Ambassadors, specifically for municipalities with a high concentration of collective housing
- Highly interactive training session featuring experience sharing, hands-on use of tools, door-to-door role-playing exercises, and video projections taken from real-life field situations
