    How do I register for a training course?

    From our Training page, select the training course you are interested in, then scroll to the bottom of the page to choose the session with the dates that suit you. Follow the form to obtain a training agreement. Once it has been signed, you will receive an email confirming your registration.

    How is the educational content designed and who provides the training?

    We use a variety of teaching methods: case studies, sequences that draw on collective intelligence (brainstorming, codev, etc.), Q&As, role-playing and simulations, video materials, interactive digital learning, gamification, etc., particularly to bring the work situation into the training environment. These methods are used both in face-to-face and virtual classrooms in order to maximise learner engagement. Our trainers are trained in educational engineering and training facilitation. They draw directly on concrete feedback from our CSR strategy consulting assignments, our in-depth monitoring of corporate sustainability issues, our numerous sector benchmarks, etc.

    What resources will I have access to at the end of the training course?

    You will have access to a dedicated training extranet where all the teaching resources are available: training materials, tools and various learner kits. Each training course results in the issuance of a training certificate attesting your participation and listing the skills targeted by the training, which you can highlight on your curriculum vitae or LinkedIn profile. We invite you to join our Alumni community to continue the discussion, encourage the exchange of practices, receive our studies and publications, and more.

    Is it possible to adapt the content of training programmes?

    Depending on your context and objectives, we can help you assess your employees' level of maturity on CSR-related topics. Together, we build a skills development plan tailored to your business, focusing on specific CSR topics (e.g. carbon strategy, biodiversity, ethics, responsible management, etc.). We use active teaching methods to help participants easily apply what they have learnt to real-life situations based on documents you share with us, ensuring that the knowledge is embedded.
