Instructional Design

Once the targets are identified and the training modalities selected, we co-design with you the educational flow and the production of the training, regardless of the format: synchronous or digital learning, face-to-face or virtual classroom, multimodal. Our trainings adapt to your constraints while ensuring maximum team engagement.

Deployment

Once the training program is finalized, we support you by:
– Deploying the training within your company through our team of experienced CSR consultants and trainers, and our network of trainers within the Ecocert group, able to operate in multiple languages.
– Training your trainers so they can take ownership of the program, the pedagogical approach, and strengthen their technical expertise.
– Assisting your HR teams with technical deployment (e-learning), logistics (invitations, sharing materials…), and measuring training impact.

Anchoring

We design training actions that last over time through offboarding sessions a few months after the training, mentoring, or tools created during the training to be used in professional situations.
Our trainers are also consultants who can support you in the long term, beyond the training action, to formalize a strategy, a roadmap, engage and co-create with your stakeholders, develop management tools, diagnose risks…
