Project challenges
A promoter of sustainable mobility, Alstom designs and provides systems, equipment, and services for the rail transport sector. As part of its CSR approach, Alstom wanted to implement a large-scale program to raise employee awareness of the company’s CSR priorities and issues. With the ambition of reaching all employees worldwide, the choice was made to design and deploy an e-learning course in English.
Solution provided
- Interviews to gather content and clearly define the scope,
- Definition of learning objectives for the e-learning path:

- Presentation of key sustainability and CSR topics for Alstom,
- Explanation of the implementation levers for each topic,
- Presentation of recent changes in CSR strategy and performance,
- Creation of an original, detailed scenario: the learner follows Wendy, a new Alstom employee, as she shares what she learned during her onboarding day. Throughout the module, we follow her meeting representatives from different departments, discovering their roles in the CSR strategy and the actions implemented worldwide
- Development of a dedicated graphic environment
- Media production for the module content (animations, quizzes, voice-over recording, etc.)
- Integration and assembly of the e-learning module
