Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (EU Deforestation Regulation - EUDR) regulates the placing on the European Union market of certain types of products that may be linked to deforestation.
The Regulations sets out key obligations for operators and traders placing certain commodities of the EU market for the first time, with the aim to reduce possible impacts both on the environment and human rights.
