In a context where consumer expectations regarding environmental transparency are constantly increasing, environmental communication has become an essential strategic lever for companies. However, with the tightening of the regulatory framework in France and Europe, particularly through the future European ‘Green Claims’ directive, communication practices must adapt to avoid misleading claims or greenwashing. Regulations impose increasingly strict standards to ensure that environmental claims are reliable, verifiable and based on scientific data.

- European regulations (current and future directives (Green Claims) and applicable recommendations
PROPER USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLAIMS AND PROMOTION THROUGH LABELLING
- Best practices to implement when using environmental claims such as: Eco-friendly, sustainable, natural, organic, recycled, recyclable, bio-based, eco-designed, etc.
- Prohibited claims: biodegradable, environmentally friendly, etc.
- Proper use of product labels:
- How to make sure an environmental label follows a certification scheme
- Practices to become compliant and practices to discontinue
- Communicating effectively about your environmental label
