CONTEXT, ISSUES AND FUNDAMENTALS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
- Introductory exercise on the profile of the CSR ambassador/representative
- Bringing all participants up to speed on the major current issues and environmental, social and economic imbalances
- Definition of sustainable development and reference frameworks
BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND THE EMERGENCE OF CSR
- Changes in the socio-economic context
- Introduction to CSR
- Understanding what a CSR approach is
MY ORGANISATION’S COMMITMENTS
- Identifying my organisation’s most material issues through an exercise based on the value chain
- Presentation of my organisation’s CSR commitments, appropriation and feedback exercise to practise explaining the approach to other employees
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CSR AMBASSADOR
- Reflection exercise on the definition of a CSR ambassador/advisor: what they are VS. what they are not
- Sharing examples of ambassador communities (structure, roles, etc.)
- Mastering tools to convince: change management, barriers to change specific to CSR, exercise to respond to the most common objections from employees
- Mastering tools to carry out projects: step-by-step project method
- Mastering tools to get employees on board: facilitation tools to know and use to get teams on board and unite them internally
- Mastering communication tools: promoting actions, advice on avoiding greenwashing
MY CSR AMBASSADOR MISSIONS
- Presentation of the mission framework assigned to ambassadors in your organisation: objectives, missions, roadmap, resources, governance
- Reflection on environmental and social actions to be implemented within the company
- Identifying the scope of action and specific projects to be implemented, reflecting on difficulties and levers based on individual and group exercises
