Mobilising teams around CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) requires, first and foremost, that they understand what it means. It is important to explain clearly and effectively why we need to take action (the challenges of sustainable development), what companies are committing to (taking CSR into account), and how our own company is contributing (our ‘in-house’ CSR approach).

REFLECTION
- Discovering the game cards (in DD/CSR subgroups sectoral issues)
- Collective reflection on the cards to develop a common thread

- Presentation of work to other groups
- Additions and adjustments by the trainer
ACTION PLAN
- Reflection on collective solutions at the level of one’s company
- Reflection on one’s own professional and/or managerial contribution
