Training modalities :
French activity declaration number: 73320054132 (with the DREETS in the Occitanie region). This registration does not constitute state approval. Our organisation is QUALIOPI-certified for ‘training activities’.
Virtual Classroom
A dedicated Trainer
The virtual class is delivered remotely by a trainer in direct, real-time interaction, who favors a participative approach. The trainer alternates between presentations and discussions with participants.
To deliver the training, different phases may be used:
> Screen-sharing sessions allowing simultaneous consultation of the training materials
> Use of collaborative activities via tools such as Klaxoon, Kahoot, etc.
> Group reflection exercises
> Practical case studies based on feedback from the trainer and participants
Access arrangements
Access to the training content and resources is provided via a computer and a connection to a free videoconferencing tool (Teams, Zoom, etc.), the link to which is sent to participants prior to the session.
Participants must ensure they have the necessary technical resources to follow the training: a computer with reliable internet access, audio, and a microphone.
Training materials are made available to participants no later than the end of the training, via their individual extranet space.
E-learning
At your own pace
Remote activities (e-learning modules) are offered with open access or upon quotation, to be completed at your own pace and with unlimited access throughout the defined period.
E-learning modules rely on a variety of teaching methods to ensure optimal interactivity:
> A mix of learning materials: audio, video, animations, tutorials, readings
> Interactivity, navigation choices, quizzes
> Reinforcement of knowledge retention through exercises
> Illustration through practical cases
> Division of the learning path into several modules
Access arrangements
Access to digital content and resources is granted through the purchase of online access or following a tailor-made proposal. Modules are accessible via a secure login to a dedicated session and remain available for a period of one year.
A support service related to the monitoring of e-learning modules is provided by E&H, reachable at the following address: training@desenjeuxetdeshommes.com.
In-person training
Tailor-made training
The training is delivered in-person by a trainer in direct, real-time interaction, using a participatory and action-oriented approach. We use a variety of pedagogical methods to bring real work situations into the training environment in order to maximise participant engagement.

> Group or sub-groups reflection activities such as brainstorming, ideas wall, world café, etc.
> Analysis of real-life case studies based on feedback from the trainer and participants to help adopt a methodology Trainer-led presentations
> Presentation by the trainer
> Activities to validate learning outcomes or discover content through quizzes
> Role-playing exercises (practice in pitching, arguing, convincing, etc.)
Facilities and equipment

Access
We have several rooms/venues dedicated to training. The location is specified for each training session on our website (Paris, Lyon, L’Isle-Jourdain, etc.). Access details are systematically communicated several weeks before the training session.

Skills assessment:
Before the training
> Positioning questionnaire, allowing a self-assessment of initial knowledge and objectives, sent one week before the start of the training, whether remote or face-to-face.
> Discussions at the start of the training in order to assess participants’ initial expectations.
During the training
> Continuous assessment throughout the training via practical work and exercises, quizzes, and observations.
> End‑of‑training assessment quiz, aligned with the learning objectives, enabling verification of the level of understanding and knowledge acquired by each participant.
After the training
> An attendance report by half-day is made available to certify the actual presence of participants and trainers.
> Certificate of completion specifying the title and nature of the training action, the learning objectives, the date and the duration.
> A satisfaction questionnaire is sent electronically to participants the day after the training. Beyond measuring the learning experience, participants are also asked to self-assess again against the training objectives in order to measure individual and collective progress before and after the training.
Access time to our training courses:
The access time corresponds to the period between the training request or registration and the start of the training course.
This time varies depending on the type of training, whether inter-company or intra-company.
Inter-company training
Dates are set in advance through the publication of our training calendar. Training sessions for the following year are published in the last quarter of the current year.
Our website is regularly updated to reflect the latest inter-company training schedules.
If you are applying for funding from your OPCO (France) or another body, please ensure you are aware of the processing times for your application.
Intra-company training
Our pedagogical and commercial proposals specify an access time for each project.
Average access times are generally under 2 months from the date of signature of our commercial proposal. This timeframe assumes that the proposed planning dates are quickly validated by the training applicant.
How to register for a training course
Several options are available:
Inter-company training: complete the online pre-registration form with the requested information. The form is available on each training description page after selecting the desired dates.
