Project challenges

Pizzorno, a committed player in the circular economy through its activities in waste collection, treatment, and recycling, wanted to accelerate the engagement of the group’s key stakeholders using training as a lever. The group’s context was notably marked by the transition from a DPEF exercise to a sustainability report under CSRD, the need to strengthen its CSR strategy with targets, the formalization of a climate trajectory, and the start of an adaptation action plan…

Solution provided

  • Initial awareness-building for target groups through 8 Climate Fresco workshops
  • Reinforcement of awareness with a one-day session on CSR fundamentals (10 sessions delivered)
  • One-day training for the Executive Committee: focus on extra-financial performance, climate strategy, and internal carbon pricing
  • One-day training for Operations Directors: focus on managing a CSR roadmap at the production site level
  • One-day training for the Finance function: focus on extra-financial reporting
  • One-day training for the Purchasing function: focus on decarbonization through procurement
  • One-day training for the HR function: focus on the social dimension of CSR
  • One-day training for top managers on management soft skills (Responsible Management Fresco and reflection workshops)
