Exporting your organic product: understanding the export procedures for each country
The global organic market is highly regulated. Nearly 100 countries have national organic regulations that apply at their level. In Europe, for example, European organic regulation 2018/848 applies. In the United States, it is the NOP regulation. In Japan, it is the JAS regulation, etc. It is therefore necessary to train company teams on the various existing procedures for exporting organic products, so that they have the ability to independently assess the feasibility of an organic export project anywhere in the world.
