- List and present the essential aspects of this system: actors involved, necessary documents and processes

MODULE 2/3 – STUDY CASE
- Imagine you are the future ICS manager of a coffee cooperative. Try to build your own ICS!
- 🎯 At the end of this module, you will be able to, based on an example:
- Make the good decision at the time of choosing a team of internal inspectors,
- Correctly design the necessary internal procedures (internal inspection; approval decision),
- Correctly design the necessary key documents that constitute the ICS
- ⏰ Estimated duration: 20 min.
